Vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit purity.
Reasoned use of SO₂.

MATURING & AGEING PROCESS
Available during the winter following the harvest.
Best enjoyed young to appreciate its smoothness and gentle character.

“Chardonnay” is an elegant and easy-going wine.
Aromas of white fruits such as apple and pear, with a subtle buttery touch.
