New – The Muscadet primeur is light, full of freshness and very fruity. We put in in bottle in November, two months after the harvest so it has to be drunk young when the fruitiness is at its peak.
Culture et vinification
- Grape variety : Melon de Bourgogne
- Yields : 55 hl/ha
- Grown in stainless steel tank for a few weeks and bottled in novembre

- Clear and shiny
- Very aromatic nose with fruity notes
- Fresh and fruity mouth
- To be drunk young as an aperitive with fish rillettes
