CULTURE
Grape variety: Pinot Gris.
Vineyard: Selected plots in the Pays Nantais area.
Vines grown using sustainable practices and trained to ensure optimal ripeness and aromatic expression.

VINIFICATION
Low-temperature fermentation (15–18°C) to preserve the aromatic potential of the grape variety.
Very limited use of SO₂.
Aromas of ripe pear, peach and white fruits, with subtle floral notes.
Round and smooth mouthfeel, well-balanced with a fresh and fruity finish.

MATURING & AGEING PROCESS
Available during the winter following the harvest.
Best enjoyed young to appreciate its aromatic intensity and generosity.

TASTING
“Pinot Gris” is a pleasure wine, expressive and approachable.
Perfect as an aperitif, it also pairs nicely with tapas, seafood, grilled fish and light summer dishes.
